Why does our happiness change over time.
Think about how you feel when you are stressed. However, when you face your stress head on, or talk things out, these are different emotions and you will see a difference in how you feel.
Why does our happiness change over time? In other words, do we become happier or less happy with age? I have tried to investigate this by reading literature on the subject.
There are many researchers who have done research in this area. Some of the research has not shown much evidence that has established one factor or another as being important. Many theories have been proposed, but they are too diverse to be scientifically proven.
One theory suggests that there is a genetic component to happiness changes with age. Others have believed that emotional well-being is inherited from the parents. Still others believe that childhood happiness is influenced by social and cultural factors. A last thought is that there is no fixed factor that contributes to a person’s level of happiness.
For me, the most important thing is that happiness should not be something you can buy. It should be something that comes from within. If your happiness comes from external sources, then you are unhappy and that’s it!

Anger and frustration both have very serious effects on your health. Some people develop heart problems because of their frustration and anger. Not only do they have a higher chance of getting a heart attack, but they also may have a high blood pressure and they are at risk for stroke. The best way to deal with frustration is to just let it go. Over time it will get easier and you will be able to relax.
Thinking rationally may be one of the reasons you are angry. When you think rationally, you are able to deal with your emotions. It is better to not be emotionally active. If you think rationally, you will start to see things in a more positive light and you will find ways to solve problems rather than destroy them.
Childhood happiness can be about having a good relationship with someone. Relationships are affected by many things. They include things like the closeness of the family, whether there is enough money, and how many children you have. Having good relationships is related to happiness.
Whether your happiness is about relationships or about things, it is still mostly about you. It is really true that if you are happy, you are doing something for yourself. While relationships are important, so are money, children, and children’s activities. It can be hard to focus on these things if you are not feeling good about yourself. Spending time with your children is an important way to improve your happiness levels.
